couple interesting places showing where the space bucks go:
FedSpending.org set for NASA contract drilling.
Wikipedia space agencies and budgets
and... I meant Branson, not Branniff ;-)
Some linkage put here so I don't have to keep copying my favorites frm puter to puter:
FedSpending.org, narrowed to NASA contracts. Nicely drillable information on where the bucks go for NASA contracts. (Living in Washington I should be happy about the staggering Boeing/United Space Alliance dollars... but for some reason I just can't muster it. Why is that?):
Wikipedia space agencies and budgets. Though I've been burned quoting Wikipedia pages and so tend to doublecheck before quoting them, this is a good page to start looking at the high levels. Keep in mind that some countries (like France) have a fine line, if any, between commercial and governmental entities and some governments (like Russia) are simply more open to accepting commercial dollars than NASA is so dollars quoted from various official budgets don't always relate to real cash flows.
